- 2020 energy target setting and associated portfolio analysis.
- Outsourced compliance with Carbon Reduction Commitment and ESOS.
- Detailed post occupancy evaluation.
- Identification and procurement of AMR solution for retail and smaller office portfolios.
Outcome
- Set target of 55% reduction in landlord energy across the portfolio by 2020.
- 20% reduction in energy at one location, following Post Occupancy Evaluation.
Verco have advised us on a range of energy and carbon related issues. Initially, they were selected to advise on our preparation for the Carbon Reduction Commitment.
