Expo Real is one of the largest international trade fairs for real estate and investment. It will be taking place between the 4th – 6th of October at the Messe Munchen in Munich. There are expected to be over 39,000 visitors from 73 different countries.

Dave is a leading technical and commercial advisor on distributed energy systems, organisational carbon management, building integrated renewables, energy services and sustainable building design. He provides input to low carbon building and infrastructure policy development and advises major public and private sector organisations on the procurement and implementation of low carbon energy solutions.

Andries has over 20 years’ experience advising businesses in their ESG journeys. He has been engaged in real estate for the last 15 years, with a particular focus on responsible real estate investment and management. Andries’s background and experience covers the full range of ESG issues affecting property investment and uniquely spans from the highest strategy level to the granular implementation at the asset level.

Ben has over 15 years experience working on sustainable development within the built environment, infrastructure, and energy systems, always seeking to understand and manage long term risk and opportunity. During this time, he has provided strategic advice and delivered operational change through consultancy, commercial and operational roles across the public, private and third sectors.
