Rayan conducts data and investigative analysis and business development activities, supporting the delivery of complex Net Zero Carbon pathways and ESG policies for real estate and industrial clients.

Rayan has experience of developing data analysis approaches to inform the rating of commercial and industrial buildings based on the operational energy use for Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). He also worked with the Better Building Partnership (BBP) to deliver the Real Estate Environmental Benchmark project (REEB).
