EU Referendum panel discussion

Verco participated in a sold out UCL-Energy & The Edge Expert Panel Discussion in Central London on 9 June 2016.

Dr Robert Cohen, Technical Director at Verco, presented on ‘EU legislation and building energy reduction’. His talk described how the roots of the European Union grew in the energy field and how EU Directives like the EPBD and EED have mobilised Energy Efficiency as the fifth fuel. He reflected on the merits of the current policy landscape and the options that would be available following the referendum on 23 June. Finally he identified key factors supporting the pros and cons for: Should we stay or should we go?
