Where can I access the latest job opportunities?
You can search all our vacancies here on our careers page. If you're looking to apply for our graduate Junior Consultant positions, we will be posting these roles at the end of January 2025 so be sure to check back then. What does your graduate recruitment process entail?
We keep it simple. You have studying to do! It's a 2-stage interview process.
Our first meet is an informal 'speed-date' conversation to get to know each other better. This lasts around 20-30 minutes with some standard, specific questions on our side and an opportunity for you to ask questions.
Your second interview is a chance to meet your potential manager and the team lead along with a colleague from our wellbeing team. It's more technical and detailed, lasting around 50 minutes. You'll give us a short presentation and demonstrate your Excel skills. And that's it. The whole process takes around 3- 4 weeks as we don't like to hang around.
When does the application process begin?
We start our selection process in February 2025. If you apply before then you'll get an automated reply confirming receipt of your application.
What are the opportunities for graduate entry sustainability roles?
All our graduate joiners start as Junior Consultants. Depending on your interest, qualifications and experience you can join our teams in Net Zero Engineering, Strategy or Data Analysis & Reporting. Look out for the Junior Consultant roles on our careers website for full details.
Do you have opportunities for someone with my degree subject?

What are the start dates for graduate entry Junior Consultants?
Most of our graduates start with us in either June/July or September/October each year. However, we do have openings earlier in the year from time to time. Check out our job profiles on the Verco careers webpage for more details. These will be posted towards the end of January 2025.
Any tips for my application?
Be authentic. Steer clear of AI assisted applications. We receive hundreds of CVs and cover letters and it's obvious when AI has been applied. Diversity is essential to our business so we'd much prefer to see evidence of your individuality and unique expression. Showcase the real you, not an automated version.
