Esther spent 9 years at CDP where she helped shape the technical development of CDP‘s scoring methodologies for Climate Change and Water including aligning them with TCFD requirements, provided technical advice to the development of CDP’s Transition Plan standard, and was the CDP lead of the Assessing Low Carbon Transition Initiative from 2018 to 2022. The initiative was one of the first initiatives to define methods of measuring progress on climate strategies and targets for high climate impact sectors. She has experience supporting clients on projects to measure GHG emissions, set Science Based Targets and develop Net Zero Roadmaps across multiple sectors.
